About

Summer Breeze is a low-density complex consisting of only 21 units over 3 floors. This unit is on the second floor and faces the beach! You can also enjoy watching the boats coming into the Bay under Perdido Pass from the BRAND NEW picture window in the living room!

Good to know

This unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 970 sq ft of living space. The kitchen is all electric and stocked with dishes, dishwasher, pots, pans, cooking utensils, microwave, drip-coffee maker, single-serve Keurig and more! There is a hair dryer, iron/ironing board, washer and dryer in the unit that is available to guests as well. To help you get settled, there is a starter kit that includes: dishwasher tablet, laundry pod, toilet paper, trash bag and paper towels! Unit has a large laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and shelves for extra storage. Back doors open to the patio to give you a gorgeous view of the beach! Summer Breeze complex offers two large charcoal grills and outdoor prep area for cookouts on the North side of the complex. Access to the beach from Summer Breeze is a short 1 minute walk down our private boardwalk. If you want to stay inside, there is plenty of entertainment inside the unit itself. Sit on the queen sleeper sofa to enjoy the large TV in the living room, or watch one of the TVs in each bedroom. We have card games and board games for your enjoyment, as well!

House Rules

Our goal at Summer Breeze 26 is to provide a space for you and your family to experience an amazing vacation with many great memories! In order to do that, we ask that you review the house rules below within 48 hours of your booking. If, for any reason, you do not think that you'll be able to abide by the house rules, we offer free cancellation within the first 48 hours of your booking! Thank you so much for your understanding and we are looking forward to hosting you! 1) No smoking allowed. $50 additional cleaning fee will be added to remove odor. 2) No pets allowed. 3) No parties or events. 4) Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. If comforters and linens have unremovable food stains, that will result in a $50 replacement fee. 5) Please respect the noise curfew. 6) Please return the AC to cool at 75 when you go out. 7) Please respect check-in and check-out times. 8) Please place all kitchen dishware, pots and pans in the dishwasher and begin wash cycle. 9) Please take the trash out before you leave. A dumpster is located on the premises in the NE corner of the parking lot. 10) No illegal substances allowed on the premises. 11) Towels and Linens are provided. 12) Included with the booking are enough personal care products for your first night: Kitchen: 1 Liquid Dishsoap 1 Wrapped paper towel 1 Dishwasher pod 1 Laundry pod 1 Kitchen trash bag Bathroom: 1 roll of toilet paper 1 small trash bag Soap Shampoo Conditioner 13) If there is a named storm that is a direct hit we follow all the warnings of local authorities. If they require us to cancel reservations then we would give our guests the option of rescheduling. We, however, don’t offer refunds or rescheduling for thunderstorms or bad weather that are not associated with a “direct hit" from a named storm. If the chance of bad weather is a concern, please explore third party travel insurance options.
