Enjoy your summer vacation at Sunchase! This third-floor unit offers everything you'll need for your stay and is just steps away from the sugary-white sands of Gulf Shores. If you need a break from the beach, this low-density complex offers a heated pool and hot tub. Looking for something to do while you're here? Sunchase is 1.5 miles from The Hangout and all the main attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer.

Good to know

This cozy unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom within 660 sq ft of living space. The kitchen is all electric and stocked with dishes, dishwasher, pots, pans, cooking utensils, microwave, Keurig Duo, and more! There is a hair dryer, iron/ironing board, washer and dryer in the unit that is available to guests as well. To help you get settled, there is a starter kit that includes: dishwasher tablet, laundry pod, toilet paper, trash bag and paper towels! If you want to stay inside, there is plenty of entertainment inside the unit itself. Sit on the queen sleeper sofa to enjoy the large TV in the living room, or watch one of the TVs in each bedroom. We have card games and board games for your enjoyment, as well! Outside there are charcoal grills near the pool and hot tub, and of course, the main attraction, direct access to the beach! Please note that there is one reserved parking space for this unit that is paid upon arrival ($53 to park for the duration of your stay) and three additional guest spaces on the left side of the complex that are first-come, first-serve for the complex.

Sorry, but no pets or smoking allowed. **There are no elevators at Sunchase, so you will have to climb three flights of stairs to get to our third-floor unit**

House Rules

Our goal at Sunchase 311 is to provide a space for you and your family to experience an amazing vacation with many great memories! In order to do that, we ask that you review the house rules below within 48 hours of your booking. If, for any reason, you do not think that you'll be able to abide by the house rules, we offer free cancellation within the first 48 hours of your booking! Thank you so much for your understanding and we are looking forward to hosting you! 1) No smoking allowed. $50 additional cleaning fee will be added to remove odor. 2) No pets allowed. 3) No parties or events. 4) Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. If comforters and linens have unremovable food stains, that will result in a $50 replacement fee. 5) Please respect the noise curfew. 6) Please return the AC to cool at 75 when you go out. 7) Please respect check-in and check-out times. 8) Please place all kitchen dishware, pots and pans in the dishwasher and begin wash cycle. 9) Please take the trash out before you leave. A dumpster is located on the premises. 10) No illegal substances allowed on the premises. 11) The space for unit 311 is the first one when you come in on the west driveway. (Please make sure you park only in your spot. If you park in someone else’s spot the owner will have you towed at your expense, without notice). **If you have additional vehicle(s), PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO YOUR VACATION. 12) Towels and Linens are provided. 13) Included with the booking are enough personal care products for your first night: Kitchen: 1 Liquid Dishsoap 1 Wrapped paper towel 1 Dishwasher pod 1 Laundry pod 1 Kitchen trash bag Bathroom: 1 roll of toilet paper 1 small trash bag Soap Shampoo Conditioner (There is a convenience store within walking distance). 14) If there is a named storm that is a direct hit we follow all the warnings of local authorities. If they require us to cancel reservations then we would give our guests the option of rescheduling. We, however, don’t offer refunds or rescheduling for thunderstorms or bad weather that are not associated with a “direct hit" from a named storm. If the chance of bad weather is a concern, please explore third party travel insurance options.
